Building on the success of its first phase, We-Chemie 2.0 aims to expand its reach across India through academic partnerships, enabling more women to access meaningful career opportunities in the chemical industry. The programme is supported by two sponsors: Henkel, sponsoring the Mumbai-based batch, and BASF India Ltd., sponsoring batches conducted outside Mumbai. This expanded model seeks to extend the programme’s impact and create greater access to industry-readiness training and career opportunities for women across the country.
